The Baker Hughes – East Texas Blend and Distribution Facility is a 14,000 sf. office and laboratory facility. The building is a tilt wall structure with storefront glass. The laboratory includes an H2S hood and scrubber. The site consists of 132,454 sf. of contained concrete paving for barrel storage, lined detention pond for secondary containment, Acrolien storage area with foam fire suppression system, and 54,965 sf. of heavy concrete truck parking.
