It is estimated that Benchmark has constructed or renovated over 800,000 SF of this facility, in some case multiples times over. Rankin road houses Baker Hughes Primary Western Hemisphere manufacturing center for oilfield tools. It houses, offices, multiple laboratory facilities (both fluids, chemicals and electronics), Engineering with collaboration areas, multiple machining areas and electronics assembly. Benchmark has put in place approximately $100,000,000 worth of projects in our tenure at this facility.
